Hi In JAWS 13, one of the recent updates removed that keystroke and the script it called. The personalized web settings for an individual page have been moved into quick settings. You will find them near the bottom of the Quick Settings tree view. Or you can use the search box to find the setting you want and then choose the one from PersonalizedWebSettings.

In case of a web page, apparently it brings up a personalized web settings window for just that web page. Note shift insert V and insert V are different. shift insert V does nothing for me. I tried it with MS Word as well as a web page in IE9. Insert V brings up window but it seems to be the quick setting center window for that particular application as opposed to my need for the settings center window for just that particular web page. so how do I get shift insert V to work?
