Shift-insert-v NO LONGER WORKS, in the latest JAWS13. This is by design.

How do I get shift insert V to work?
Using JFW 13 latest, Win7.
I recall there is a shift insert V command to bring up the
personalized settings window for the application I'm on. In case of a
web page, apparently it brings up a personalized web settings window
for just that web page. Note shift insert V and insert V are
different.
shift insert V does nothing for me. I tried it with MS Word as well as
a web page in IE9. Insert V brings up window but it seems to be the
quick setting center window for that particular application as opposed
to my need for the settings center window for just that particular web
page.
so how do I get shift insert V to work?
