Hello there; Personally, I wouldn't turn off the check names In outlook; It sounds like, you may have more than one entry of your email address. If you have for example, more than one Fred, You could also, press ctrl+k this brings up a list of Fred's, or, David's, etc. then just arrow to the one you want and press enter.
