Windows 7 latest version Jaws 13, IE 9. Jaws stopped spontaneously reading the names of my folders in Outlook email so I wanted to exit Jaws and then return to it because that usually fixes the problem. But when I go to insert J and then to Exit and press enter, Jaws does not ask me If I want to quit. It pays no attention. Any suggestions?
