Don't use the Nero Start Smart, go in to the main programme, Nero Burning ROM,
you should be able to find it on the start menu, you should have much more luck
with that.

Yes of course. I am running windows 7 and JAWS12.
the nero is "Nero-7.8.5.0_eng.exe"
the Icon name which has appeared on desktop is named as nero start smart.
after opening it, when I check the version with the command JAWS
key+CTRL+V then it says nero smart version 3831.
one more thing I want to discuss about this program and its accessibility. when
I run nero and press tab several times then it says help. But before the help
option comes, there is one more tab which is not announced by JAWS.
I don't know why does it happen. by the way, when I tried to enquire about this
tab from one of my sighted friends then he said that this is the option where
you have to select one of the given 3 options.--CD, DVD and CD/DVD.
But JAWS doesn't guide on this tab.

with thanks.
