Hello; Not sure of the steps your taking;
1, arrow/highlight the message/sender your wanting to block, 2, press the applications key, or shift+f10 to bring up the context menu, 3, up or down arrow until you hear; Junk sub-menu, Either right arrow to open the menu, or simply press enter, Now, press enter on block sender, you should hear; Microsoft Outlook The sender of the selected message has been added to your Blocked Senders List, and the message has been moved to the Junk E-mail folder. Do not show this message again OK To unblock, You would need to go to the junk folder, Highlight the message, Applications key, or shift+f10 Arrow to junk sub menu, Right arrow to open, or just press enter, Now arrow and enter on not junk, The email message will be placed back into the original email folder.
