Hello there; Well, there's really no need to create a rule, If you follow the message I sent previously, Yes the message is from the group, but it's unbehalf of, And then the person's name/email. I did block Fred for a test, And I still was able to receive messages from the jaws list.

List emails may appear to come from the list, but the from header is still the person who sent it originally. I can easily see that this message came from Fred Adams <[email protected]> You should then be able to construct a rule blocking that user. I am also approaching this from a slightly different point as I am not using a windows email client, and filtering is pretty easy for me.
