You should be able to find the from header of the person you want to
block. List emails may appear to come from the list, but the from header
is still the person who sent it originally. I can easily see that this
message came from Fred Adams <[email protected]> You should then
be able to construct a rule blocking that user.
I am also approaching this from a slightly different point as I am not
using a windows email client, and filtering is pretty easy for me. So, I
can't tell you exactly how to construct a rule, using a windows email
client.
