I am using W-7, outlook 2010 and latest jaws and I would like to remove rules and a folder I created but no longer need. This has me baffeled as I have tried many times to remove but failed. I have some info that I have saved on this but I must have it wrong as I cannot use it. I would appreciate any help on this.
