Now that you've enter on the move down button, you should now see a list of message rules/filters, arrow to the rule you want to delete, Note, now you need to tab, you will see, Certain criteria mentioned, disregard this. Just tab 11 times, you will see the delete button. I am not good at this so I have not been able to find the problem but I intend to go back and try some more later. Let's try it this way. >From the inbox do alt f and right arrow until you get to the manage rules and alerts button and press spacebar. Now tab to the "move down" button and press spacebar. You will now be in a list of all of your rules, down arrow and press the delete key on the rule of which you would like to delete and then tab to apply and tab to ok.
