It does say punctuation is set to nun, but it still reads the word quote but
not all the time, it is so weard! sue

Hi Sue,

While in this Word document, press Insert + V, for jaws quick settings, type
punctuation in the search box & wait a second or 2, for the list to populate
or, arrow down a couple of times & press the letter P, until you land on
punctuation.  Here you can see what your punctuation is for the Word
application & change if necessary.
