Hi.

OK, that's fine. Maybe what is actually on the screne is a capital é so
visually it probably is ok. This occurs when I go into my Irish/English
dictionary. Here's the effected entry. " Éadrom, Light". JAWS speaks the
word correctly, but, when I arrow through the Irish word character by
character, JAWS speaks the following: "cap É" "a" "d" "r" "o" "m". I've
looked into the jdf file I created to find any entry that would cause JAWS
to speak the letter as a capital A but can't find any.

No, you can't alter the ASCII value of a character. You might have changed
the pronunciation of it at some stage.
