This may have been discussed or tried, but have you uninstalled JAWS and reinstalled?

I worked with Freedom Scientific also and only have JAWS and the antivirus starting at Start-Up now, nothing else, but the problem still remains. How could I do anything with the antivirus to see if this is the problem? My antivirus was disabled against my will and ever since that happened, I have had this problem which is so annoying. I had Tech Support from the antivirus company on the phone for two days, but they checked all kinds of other things which were not the problem, unfortunately and the system is squeaky clean. Thanks for any ideas and is there anything I can do myself to check anything out or do anything to get this back to where it always was? Has ben that way sense started using xp, vista and win7.
