some times in outlook it did it, and btw my out look crashed again, so I

some times the control key does get messed up with the alt key I have seen
it when I hit ault f four, some times it will say ctrl as well but when I
use the left ault, and not the right ault it works right susie

A friend is trying to get Jaws to work correctly on a Del Inspiron 512
computer running Windows7 64 bit & Jaws13 latest. When he invokes the,
Alt
+ Tab keystroke, Jaws reports control, alt, + tab. Or, When he types the
quote sign, Jaws reports a Spanish letter. Does this behavior have
something to do with the FN key & its functions? If so, how can or, what
can he do to make Jaws report correctly? All help will be greatly
appreciated.
