Hi Susie, The Del Inspiron 512 issue has been resolved. We would like to thank all of you for your input. When he invokes the, Alt + Tab keystroke, Jaws reports control, alt, + tab. Or, When he types the quote sign, Jaws reports a Spanish letter.
