To clarify a bit more... Once the Customize Notifications dialog is open, you can Tab and eventually reach a list of applications that send notifications to the System Tray. When you are focused on an item of interest, there are 3 options that can be reached using the up or down arrow keys: - Show icon an notifications - Hide icon and notifications - Only show notifications
To make sure that the item you want shown in the JAWS Insert + F11 System Tray list appears, select "Show icon and notifications". I usually do not show JAWS or NVDA in the System Tray because their menus can also be reached by Insert + j and Insert + n, respectively. *Don Marang* Vinux Package Development Coordinator - vinuxproject.org <http://www.vinuxproject.org/> On 9/29/2012 4:34 AM, Dang Manh Cuong wrote: > aha > This might be a misunderstand from me > From the desktop, tab to the start button > Hit the application key and choose properties from the context menu > Ctrl+tab afiew time to the taskbar tab > alt+c to activate the customize button of notification area, a new > windows should appear > in the new window, find and check an option called Always show icon > and notification on the taskbar. > Press enter to close this. > HTH > Cuong > ----- Original Message ----- From: "Liuda Balcius" <[email protected]> > To: <[email protected]> > Sent: Saturday, September 29, 2012 3:25 PM > Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Putting a Program in the Systems Tray > > >> Right now only appears Solve PC Issues and Fully Charged 100%.
