I use gold wave, and all you have to do is put the start marker where you
want to cut off the beginning.

Is there an easy way to remove 1 second at the beginning or end of a wav
file. I have wavpad and downloaded gold wave and can not figure out how to
clip a second or two. I have some recordings made on a digital recorder
and can edit but not fine tune.
