Hello Tom; I have been trying to figure this out for some time now! Even though I have my email set to html, Every time I open a message I hear, The subject, and then, Message plain text. If you open a message, Rout jaws to pc, Go to top of message, You will see a line with subjectline, and the following, Message (plain text)
