I never have any problem with the main Google results page.  It is easy
once you know how it is layed out.  Hit the number 2 in the numbers row
until you hear results.  This goes to level 2 headings.  There will be
Search Options, possibly Sponsored Results, and Results.  Then each
result starts with a level 3 heading, so press 3 to hear their titles.
