Rose, as far as getting to search results quickly on google, I put a place 
marker where the results start.  Then all I have to do is hit k and I go 
directly to the results.  I am skipping the sponsored links also when I do 
this since I am searching for medical information just like you are.  Still 
using JAWS 13 at the moment so have not delved into Flexible Web yet.
