I have only been using IE 8.What do I need to do to use "Firefox"?
Can I keep IE running at the same time?
Any other issues I need to be aware of?

I've noticed some recent messages regarding this topic but did not read

since I had no idea what CAPTCH was.
Could someone direct me to learning how to deal with this issue?
With 13, I tried using the OCR but to no avail.
