I'm not sure what an "Add on" is. or, how to use it.
As in my message to Angela, I am using IE. Anything special I need to do to
use "Firefox", and what to I do with IE?

There are currently only two ways for blind computer users to resolve
captchas without sighted help. The first involves using Firefox with an
add-on called Webvisum that uses a proprietary means of solving captchas.

decoding costs 18 cents. The problem with this service it that it can
take up to 15 minutes for a captcha to be solved after you submit it. So
your best bet would be to install Firefox if you don't already use it, and
then install the Webvisum add-on.

I just noticed the CAPTCHA issue while on the web.
I've noticed some recent messages regarding this topic but did not read
them since I had no idea what CAPTCH was.
Could someone direct me to learning how to deal with this issue?
With 13, I tried using the OCR but to no avail.
