I love Washington state. It's beautiful and there's so much to do. When I was 9 
years old we almost moved to Michigan. So glad we stayd.

I see you are from Washington State.  I used to live/work in Spokane and my 
wife, who is also blind, is from Mt. Vernon.

I think you are expecting a new page to open when you hit that help button. 
On my Pc, when I hit spacebar on that button, after about ten seconds, 
additional forms become available on that page where you can fill in your 
contact info i.e. name, location, email address etc.

I didn't bother filling them out since it is for Washingtonians only.

Artificial intelligence is no match for natural stupidity.
