Hi Rich, To have your messages in Outlook Express read in HTML try doing the following: 1. While in Outlook Express, control, shift, + O, to open options. 2. Control + tab 1 time to the Read tab. 3. Tab to, Read all messages in plain text, & make sure that this box is unchecked. If you have to uncheck it make sure you tab to apply , press the spacebar, tab to okay, press the spacebar to save your changes & close options. Hope this helps. Take care.
