Hi Steve,
Yes, open the system properties dialogue,
and you will find the amount of installed ram, and the amount that is 
useable.
If you are not sure how to get there, do the following:
1. Press the Windows key + The Pause key, to open the system properties
dialogue.
The pause key is usually located near the top of the keyboard next to the
scroll lock key,but this will vary from keyboard to keyboard, especially
with laptops.
If you are not sure where the Pause key is, then turn your Jaws keyboard
help on, with Insert + 1, on the number row,
so Jaws will echo the keys as you press them.
This is a toggle, so when you are finished, use the same keystroke to turn
it off.
2. Route Jaws to Pc, and then arrow down to find the relevant information.
Once you have what you need, press escape, or Alt F4 to close the properties
dialogue.
