Tom, Thanks for the suggestion and FS support did suggest that in an email response before I called FS tech support. However, that doesn't work. The only thing that has worked so far is to exit Outlook 2007 when the problem starts and then reopen it Greg

I've had the same issues with Outlook Express with Jaws 14. I thankfully use Jaws 13, but as Jaws gets more bloated with features and minor workarounds, these annoyances are growing. I've submitted a couple tech support requests to FS but to no avail. Until Jaws go through a complete re-write, I don't know if I'll continue getting an SMA because of all the little aggravations like this, webpage hangs and crashes that I don't experience with competitive products.
