Thanks for the suggestion and FS support did suggest that in an email
response before I called FS tech support.  However, that doesn't work.  The
only thing that has worked so far is to exit Outlook 2007 when the problem
starts and then reopen it

I haven't got this particular problem but would the JawsKey+control+escape
to reinitialize the scripts help?

I understand, Greg.  I've had the same issues with Outlook Express with Jaws
14.

I thankfully use Jaws 13, but as Jaws gets more bloated with features and
minor workarounds, these annoyances are growing.  I've submitted a couple
tech support requests to FS but to no avail.

Until Jaws go through a complete re-write, I don't know if I'll continue
getting an SMA because of all the little aggravations like this, webpage
hangs and crashes that I don't experience with competitive products.
