Steve, But I'm not sure it's a Jaws problem though I have never heard of Outlook "deteriorating" once it has been opened but who knows. computers do strange things. Greg

I've had the same issues with Outlook Express with Jaws 14. I thankfully use Jaws 13, but as Jaws gets more bloated with features and minor workarounds, these annoyances are growing. I've submitted a couple tech support requests to FS but to no avail. Until Jaws go through a complete re-write, I don't know if I'll continue getting an SMA because of all the little aggravations like this, webpage hangs and crashes that I don't experience with competitive products.
