Are you talking about making page exceptions in IE9 or within JAWS?

Or... Maybe if you close it, it'll stay closed for a little bit. Not sure
even on that, since some pages are habitually refreshing. (You can make
individual Web page exceptions, though, where the Notification prompt will
stay away.)
