Hi,

There is sometimes a function that will do this, for example, f6 on my 
Packard-Bell.
If someone is able to help you, you may be able to tell by the symbols on the 
function key strip.
You could also Google the model number and see if there is anything available 
there.
Failing this, you could disable the touchpad in the device manager.

I use JAWS 13 with windows 7 on a laptop but find the touch pad on the laptop a 
nuisance as my left thumb tends to occationally touch it while working changing 
the focus.



Is there perhaps a way of disabling the touch pad on a modern laptop?
