Yes, I've found credit unions to be a bit more variable in terms of
accessibility. I assume they are getting their software from some credit
union association.
I have used a regional bank here for BillPay, as well as Chase.com and
BankOfAmerica.com successfully.

Does anyone on list do bill pay from their bank or credit union?
Also, which bank is the best for screen readers? I have a credit union, it
is again changing it's online banking, it is manageable to some degree,
but
now I'm afraid of this new changes what or where it will leave me. So I am
asking list here of any recommendations of other banking online services
more suitable for screen readers.
Currently, I use Jaws 13 with window's 7.
