Hi,Go to start with the window key and write mobility center in start you can search your computer. then press enter. It is goin to be found in settings. Once you are in mobility center tab until you get to the turn off touch pad and press enter. Jaws will say something like custom HPinc touch pad off. Lastly press scape to get out of the mobility center.
