Seems your not the only one with this problem and it is mostly caused by malware that installs with software and there extras. Try the fix below as they come and if still? Use the free phone number at bottom a Microsoft 'fix-it tool' that addresses some installation corruption problems.

that extracts the MSE installation log files, which might give some additional information.

and select the link that says - I think my computer is infected - and then select the support option for phone, chat or email (options will vary by Region)

The problem may be due to an undetected malware infection.
