Try using the key command:
Control + alt + delete.
And if it doesn't work try again.
I cleaned out a bunch of programs folders and it did ask me the same thing, but
I was just using the delete ke only.
Try it what do you have to lose.

Some time ago I uninstalled nero. When I insert a blank cd or dve windows
ask if I want to use nero smart smart. If I choose it I get the message that
some files are missing and to reinstall nero. I have been trying to find
where the program is located. There are also nero manuals. I finally found
them under program files and the folder ahead. I tried to delete that folder
and am told that an administrator is required. I am the administrator any
ideas on how to remove other than having someone use safe mode?
