Hi,
Even if you delete a program out of the add & remove; some programs leave a
foot print in the programs files in the C drive.

I just removed a roxio folder by pressing the delete key only to test myself..

But,that command worked for me, Control + Shift + delete, if the delete key
didn't work in removing a left over foot print in the program files in the past
in XP, after trying the delete key first.
I wished Roxio didn't delete and I would have tried this command.

Later.

The keys control + alt + delete only brings up
the lock screen and change logged in user.
You want to look in the task tray and see if nero
is running and see if you can close it. Then go
to programs and features or add/remove and see if
there is any nero listed there. Try to remove it
there before deleting it from the program files.
Deleting from that folder will cause you problems
if not done from add/remove or programs and
features. The reason it won't let you delete it is because it is still running.
