The keys control + alt + delete only brings up
the lock screen and change logged in user.
You want to look in the task tray and see if nero
is running and see if you can close it. Then go
to programs and features or add/remove and see if
there is any nero listed there. Try to remove it
there before deleting it from the program files.
Deleting from that folder will cause you problems
if not done from add/remove or programs and
features. The reason it won't let you delete it is because it is still running.

Try using the key command: Control + alt +
delete. And if it doesn't work try again. I
cleaned out a bunch of programs folders and it
did ask me the same thing, but I was just using
the delete ke only. Try it what do you have to
lose. Jorge

Subject: [JAWS-Users] removing nero Some time
ago I uninstalled nero. When I insert a blank cd
or dve windows ask if I want to use nero smart
smart. If I choose it I get the message that
some files are missing and to reinstall nero. I
have been trying to find where the program
is located. There are also nero manuals. I
finally found them under program files and the
folder ahead. I tried to delete that folder and
am told that an administrator is required. I am
the administrator any ideas on how to remove
other than having someone use safe mode? ---
