It begins to get confusing which is why I'm suggesting we first figure out for absolute certainty which version of Internet Explorer you are using. If you cannot wait for additional feedback from the list, you can download Internet Explorer 9 from Microsoft: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/internet-explorer-9-details.aspx I suggest you really, really consider why you feel you need Internet Explorer 9 over Internet Explorer 8. I have found that downloading files is significantly easier and faster using Internet Explorer 8. Internet Explorer 10 is almost identical to IE9, so you would not really notice much of a performance increase moving from 9 to 10 or from 10 to 9. I personally don't like the extra security steps necessary to download a file when using Internet Explorer 9 and Internet Explorer 10, but I'm here to answer your question, not mine. <Smile>. Worst case scenario, we can always uninstall Internet Explorer 9 or Internet Explorer 10 and go right back to Internet Explorer 8.
