I heard that Norton is a virus can't be certain but my tech guy said to stay away from Norton,and he is usually right about these things,gee Judy I hope not good luck sugar

It won't read me anything that is on the page. The jaws help key, insert f1, says there are dialog boxes but I can't get it to read anything on the page. I tried the jaws cursor to no avail.
