Hi, I'm not sure if this message went through as I didn't see it on my computer. If so, my apologies. I have been getting a screen that says Norton securities dialog. I can't get it to read anything on the page. The normal dialog box keystrokes don't work and I tried the jaws cursor to no avail. I don't know how to shut this down. I have Norton internet security program, but I don't know what this is trying to do. Thanks in advance. Judy & tallie
