I believe some of my email messages are going directly to the junk folder in office outlook 2010 instead of the inbox. How can I locate the Junk folder, and how can I prevent this behavior from happening in the future. I am using windows seven 64 bit. I'm trying to learn the ribbon menu and toolbar.
