One way to navigate to the Junk folder is to use the JAWS command
Control+y to bring up your Outlook folder list.  Type J or use your up
and down arrows until you here Junk and press Enter.  Use
Control+Shift+V to move items to your Inbox or where ever they belong,
or delete them.  Repeat the Control+y command using I to navigate back to
the Inbox.

I'm sure others on this list will have advice for you on how to stop some of
messages from going to the Junk folder.

I believe some of my email messages are going directly to the junk folder in
office outlook 2010 instead of the inbox. How can I locate the Junk folder,
and how can I prevent this behavior from happening in the future. I am using
windows seven 64 bit. I'm trying to learn the ribbon menu and toolbar.
