One way to navigate to the Junk folder is to use the JAWS command Control+y
to bring up your Outlook folder list. Type J or use your up and down arrows
until you here Junk and press Enter. Use Control+Shift+V to move items to
your Inbox or where ever they belong, or delete them. Repeat the Control+y
command using I to navigate back to the Inbox.

I'm sure others on this list will have advice for you on how to stop some of
messages from going to the Junk folder.

HTH,
Annette

Subject: [JAWS-Users] the junk email folder in office 2010

I believe some of my email messages are going directly to the junk folder in
office outlook 2010 instead of the inbox. How can I locate the Junk folder,
and how can I prevent this behavior from happening in the future. I am using
windows seven 64 bit. I'm trying to learn the ribbon menu and toolbar.
