hello;
yes, if you save the outlook pst file, you can use it at a later date.
outlook 2010 saves the pst file in my documents
example:

"C:\Windows7\Documents\Outlook Files\XXX.pst"
as I indicated, you can also manually do a outlook pst backup.

hope this helps.

David,
Thank you for the information. So, just so I am clear, are you saying
that if I locate the PST file then I can move the messages to the desired
folder on my hard drive, external drive, etc.?

Rick,
Thank you for your assistance with this. I downloaded and installed the
program, but I do not believe it is going to work for what I am needing.
>From what I can tell unless I am missing something this program is only for
saving e-mail contacts. Perhaps there is a setting that I am missing that
will allow me to do more, but as of right now that is all I can get it to
do.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Saving E-mails

Hello everyone,

I know in the past I have been able to use DBXtract to save a mass
amount of e-mail from my Microsoft Outlook Express account. I have since had
to move away from using Outlook Express and I am now using Outlook 2010. Is
there a program that is compatible with JAWS that I can use to perform the
same task or am I going to have to save each one individually? Thank you for
any information offered on this matter.
