hello; yes, if you save the outlook pst file, you can use it at a later date. outlook 2010 saves the pst file in my documents example:
"C:\Windows7\Documents\Outlook Files\XXX.pst" as I indicated, you can also manually do a outlook pst backup. hope this helps. -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Josh Sent: Thursday, November 28, 2013 1:04 AM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Saving E-mails David, Thank you for the information. I downloaded and installed the program, but I do not believe it is going to work for what I am needing. >From what I can tell unless I am missing something this program is only for saving e-mail contacts. Perhaps there is a setting that I am missing that will allow me to do more, but as of right now that is all I can get it to do. -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Rick Justice Sent: Wednesday, November 27, 2013 12:30 PM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Saving E-mails Hi Josh, Give this a look: http://www.jaws-users.com/programs/Email/ExOutlook3.2.html HTH, Rick Justice Tomorrow's another day, another way! and if tomorrow never comes, problem solved! ----- Original Message ----- From: "Josh" <lawdog...@comcast.net> To: <jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com> Sent: Wednesday, November 27, 2013 11:35 AM Subject: [JAWS-Users] Saving E-mails Hello everyone, I know in the past I have been able to use DBXtract to save a mass amount of e-mail from my Microsoft Outlook Express account. I have since had to move away from using Outlook Express and I am now using Outlook 2010. Is there a program that is compatible with JAWS that I can use to perform the same task or am I going to have to save each one individually? Thank you for any information offered on this matter.
