if you want the CC and BCC fields to show in windows live mail,
1, new message,
ctrl+n,
2, now shift+tab until you hear, show CC BCC field button,
press enter.
now, the next time you perform these steps, you'll see hide CC BCC button.

can hide the BCC field but, can't find anything for hiding the CC field.
