I didn't think there was a way to do it but, I thought that maybe someone 
had run across some sort of registry hack or something that might hide it.

Hi Mike,

I've never heard of or experienced a direct way to do this in Outlook
Express, that is, to hide the CC field anyway. There Alt-b toggles hide
BCC, but not hide CC. You could try using the services of your moody
friend, LOL :)
