Annette, Ok, here you go using virtual ribbons:
1.Press Alt key which puts you in the home ribbon 2. cursor down until you here cells 3. Arrow right once 4. arrow down until you here format button dropdown, then hit enter 5.arrow down until you here visibility group box, then arrow right and select what you want to do.
