My only suggestion would be to run it in 40 minute mode and see if it runs out. I remember on another laptop I had previously it used to tell me the same thing when I plugged it in and then when I unplugged it. It never actually ran out, it would just warn me about that every so often. Anoying but never actually real so didn't pay attention to it much. Anyway, just test the 40 minute mode to make sure it in fact runs out. If that's the case then just call FS.

I think it happens if you let the laptops battery go completely dead. Once you update your authorization all will be well!
