Hello again Trish,

Well that makes a big difference if you do not have a working battery, since a small power outage could cause the jaws authorization to just disappear! I hope all is well after you updated your authorization.

Sincerely, Ryan West

Well my battery bit the dust over a year ago.

Hello Trish,

I have had that happen to me before also. I think it happens if you let the
laptops battery go completely dead. Once you update your authorization all
will be well! For some reason when the laptop battery goes dead or is
removed this happens, not sure why.

Sincerely, Ryan West

Good Mornin' Yall,

Just wonderin' why this mornin' when I turned on my laptop, I am asked for
my Jaws authorization?

It was stating it will run in 40 minute demo mode if I didn't activate,
what's up with that?

So, I followed the prompts and my serial number was showing, is this a new
feature FSis doing to make sure we all are authorized or something?

Strange very strange..

Trish
