I wrote to them and apprised them of the issue as well. The reason I don't like to call is they automatically assume it is my computer and want to start tinkering with stuff which I would prefer to do myself. Sometimes it is fix one problem and create two more. I'll let the list know what they say

I got off the phone with FS support earlier this morning and after showing them the issue I was having, they made note and were supposedly going to escalate it and get back to me. When or if that will happen, who knows. It's too bad since a lot of the fixes in the latest update addressed some issues I was dealing with, but this email thing really affects my work. I may just have to go to the previous JFW 15 version if there isn't an immediate fix available until the next Jaws update and see if it'll get addressed then. -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Hicks Steven (CORNWALL IT SERVICES) Sent: Thursday, December 19, 2013 12:41 AM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Bug with latest JFW 15 with Outlook folders Have you the latest Video driver and chipset pack? -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Alan Robbins Sent: 18 December 2013 21:34 To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Bug with latest JFW 15 with Outlook folders Sporadically, but not consistently. I will watch for this as it occasionally happened before update too. In my Outlook 2010, I have six separate inboxes listed in my Favorites treeview section. This enabled me to have quick and easy access to each email inbox with minimal arrowing. Previously Jaws would announce "Inbox" and if there were any unread messages, the number of unread emails in that particular inbox as well. Now, since updating, Jaws only announces this unread information for the first few moments after launching Outlook, but soon after, JFW does not announce any unread messages even if there are any in that particular folder. These emails are a mixture of personal and business. My mailing list email is always getting emails all day. Whereas other more important accounts may receive Them more speratically. I now have to go from inbox to inbox to check to see if there are any emails be ith when I get a chime notification of a new message or if I happen to step away from my computer or am doing something else that takes my focus away from the pc. Are others in fact noticing this issue as well? I hadn't changed any settings in my Outlook or Jaws from the prior version of JFW 15 that I was running yesterday to today when I installed the update.
