FS tech support suggested installing JFW15 to improve functioning on these
new types of web pages- with links that don't look like links etc.. I was
using JFW14 at that time, and doing this did solve my problem on the iTunes
download page.

no, none at all, and no problems with the rhodeslynx page until they
redesigned the sports homepage

i take it that jaws 12 simply isn't compatible with the new format
