Scott, Glad it is working. Not sure about hearing what you are recording as well but if you poke around a bit in some of the settings there may be a check box or something that says allow monitoring or something like that. This may allow that. The other alternative I could think of, but now you are getting into more cost, is running things through a mixer which allows various input and output device running simultaneously. I'll look a bit and see if I can find a way next time I'm in Total Recorder Also, I believe you can upgrade to 8.5 at no charge, not that this will make a difference in your current concern. Best, Al
